▪Example:
Deal 1 Closes in 60 days for $10,000.00. gross
▪4 people receive $200.00 a piece, leaving $9,200.00
▪$9,200.00 divided by 2 = $4,600.00
▪$4,600.00 divided by 4 = $1,150.00 per person.
▪This happens the first 4 deals in a row.
▪After 1st deal closes the monthly fee is waived
*$100.00 Is used for example purchases as you have a choice of three price points.
Opportunity Of Specific Duties
Negotiator
•Speak With Seller(s) / Solve Problems
•Place Under Contract With Maximum 65% Below ARV
Asset Mgr.
•Schedule All Showings To Potential Investors/Buyers
•Schedule And Manage All Contractors etc For Rehab / Remodels
Dispo MGR.
•Work With Closing Agents, Attorneys, And Anyone Involved In Clearing/Cleaning Title, etc.
•Makes Sure All Numbers Are Correct Upon Closing The Deal.
All Opportunities Are Independent Contracting Services.
All duties payout 11% of each deal one week after closing or 1st and 15th
▪Example: 11% 0f $10,000.00 = $1,100.00
( We strive to close 10 – 15 deals monthly )
