Example Of Deal Variance
We originally used $10,000.00 as the basis for the math calculations on all 3 levels.
The average deal is $8,500.00 - $15,000.00.
Each of the four deals will use the gross and or half split gross from the dollar amount of each deal.
So if an investor chooses to be a level 1 and the total gross is $8,500.00 after 60 days and have paid 2 months they will receive $200.00 plus an additional $1,062.50
If an investor chooses to be a level 2 and the total gross is $15,000.00 after 60 days and have paid 2 months they will receive $300.00 plus $1,875.00 and an additional $750.00
If an investor chooses to be a level 3 and the total gross is $15,000.00 after 60 days and have paid 2 months they will receive $400.00 plus $1,875.00, and an additional $1500.00
In all scenarios the 4 investors will have a return greater than the banks return.
